North Shore Swim Series
The first race of the Surf n Sea North Shore Swim Series takes place at Sunset Beach. More than 800 swimmers will take to the race as part of the Aloha Salads Summer Sprint. Sisters in Soul — The Elevations & Smokestack — team up for a riveting show at Anna O’Brien’s starting at 9:30 p.m. Smokestack, features Mindy Smokestack known for her unique and soulful voice, blending an eclectic sound influenced by artists such as Erykah Badu, Sade and Amy Winehouse. The Elevations are Hawaii’s newest soul music sensation featuring the sweet soul vocals of Kehaulani White, Cheyenne Takeuchi and Aiddy Weisbecker backed by a monster five-piece rhythm and horn section.
