BAMP Project presents Pepper and Stick Figure on Oahu. The Southern California trio, who formed in 1997 in Kailua-Kona, knows that where they come from should always be infused in the music they create. The album features Pepper’s surf rock songs, showcasing the upbeat, positive vibe elements that make the band so beloved by their fans. DJ Nocturna Presents “ZhanVi Fashion Show”
Join for a special fashion show and the latest winter collection of Zhanneta Sharov and daughter Victoria, featuring beautiful gowns and dresses from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. at WISP HAWAII (2885 Kalakaua Ave, in the Lotus Hotel). Makeup and hair design by Tracy Lashes and Shana Kanahele, salon owner of the Refinement. There is no cover and the event is open to all ages. Coaches vs. Cancer Event at Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort
For the past 25 years, the Coaches vs. Cancer program has united coaches and fans nationwide to help the American Cancer Society defeat a common enemy – cancer. University of Hawaii men’s basketball coach, Eran Ganot is leading the charge this year on a tip off event for the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic that raises funds for this cause. The event will be hosted at The Reef Bar & Market Grill restaurant, located at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Guests will enjoy food, drinks and talk basketball along with a live broadcast of the ESPN1420 “Hoops Talk” show with Jeff Portnoy.
