Paradise Entertainment presents The Super Fresh Hip Hop Party featuring DJ Q-Bert & Mixmaster Mike performing live at The Republik. DJ QBert, born Richard Quitevis, is widely regarded as the most highly skilled skratching that has walked this planet. His 20-year career of innovating the playing field of the DJs and turn-tablists worldwide has set off a generation of disc jockeys who are now regarded as musicians and not just DJs that play records. Joshua Radin and Friends Live
BAMP Project presents Joshua Radin and Friends performing live at The Republik. Special guests include Meiko, Cary Brothers, My Name is You and Rosebud.  Love and the complications surrounding it have long proven to be Joshua Radin’s songwriting forte. Though he never intended to be a live performer, there was little choice when the first song he ever wrote, “Winter,” was featured on an episode of “Scrubs.” Show starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $28 general admission, with an increase the day of the show. Kill Paris Live
Electric Palms Hawaii presents Kill Paris performing live at The Republik. Corey Baker aka Kill Paris has been scorching the internet blogosphere this summer. Receiving support from A-Trak, Dillon Francis, Flux Pavilion, and Skrillex. Kill Paris’s focus has been on giving his music away for free and make it easier for people to share with others. Saloon Pilot Live
Bluegrass group Saloon Pilots perform in Downbeat Lounge starting at 9 p.m. The Saloon Pilots are a study in such commitment. The five-piece outfit consists of fiddler Lesley Kline, guitarist and mandolin virtuoso Kilin Reece and banjo player Paul Sato. Drummer Mike Carroll and bassist Alex Morrison round out a rock solid rhythm section that provides a solid textural counterpoint to the dizzying finger-picking and fiddle lines offered by the stringed instruments. Diplo Live
Electric Palms Hawaii presents Diplo performing live at The Republik. Thomas Wesley Pentz, better known as Diplo, is unquestionably one of the most dynamic forces in music today. He is as much as an international brand (tastemaker, spokesman, curator) as he is a musician/DJ/producer. The early release of Brazilian group Bonde do Role remains a testament to Diplo’s aspirations, as their music helped define Baile Funk in the United States. Roots reggae group The Hydrolites plays Downbeat Lounge with Ronson Shiigi. TheHydrolites started as a duo with Bryce Lau and Ryan Trujillo. Tavana Live
Multi-instrumentalist Tavana rocks the Downbeat Lounge stage with his blend of Hawaiian, blues, rock and Americana music.
