Paʻakai Marketplace hosted by PAʻI Foundation
Paʻakai Marketplace is an innovative event collaboration with PAʻI Foundation – a Hawaiian arts and culture preservation organization. This monthly series embraces and features products made by local artists, crafters and cultural practitioners to the community cultivating strong Native Hawaiian identity. Amos Kotomori Pop-up
Amos Kotomori holds his first-ever pop-up shop at South Shore Market until June 18. Tritonal Live
Electric Palms Hawaii presents Tritonal performing live at The Republik. Formed in 2008, Tritonal is made up of Austin songwriters and producers Chad Cisneros and Dave Reed. Photography Exhibition Submissions
The ninth annual Survey Exhibition of Contemporary Photography in Hawai‘i 2017 is accepting submissions until June 23. Open to all artists using photographic processes: analog or digital, color or B&W, alternative processes and mixed media explorations. Hawaii residents (amateurs and professionals) are welcome to submit digital files of original works that have been created within the past two years and have not been previously exhibited. Spooky Couch And More Live

Dedication Celebration
The SALT at Our Kaka‘ako Dedication Celebration features Honolulu Night Market and the Polynesian Voyaging Society Hōkūle‘a Homecoming. Event takes place from 5 to 10 p.m. SALT at Our Kakaʻako will host two stages of live music and entertainment throughout the event. Entertainers include local favorites Kapena and Kupaoa at the Ala Moana Boulevard stage, and Kimie Miner and Taimane on the Auahi Street stage. The night’s festivities also mark the return of the Polynesian Voyaging Society canoe Hōkūle‘a, after a three-year voyage around the world. (saltatkakaako.com)

DIVAS
This dance-centric show features a cast of Hawaii-based drag and transgender entertainers. Check it out at Hula’s Bar & Lei Stand. This new late-night show that focuses heavily on dancing and choreography to keep audiences enthralled, while featuring some of Hawaii’s finest drag and transgender entertainers.
