Paʻakai Marketplace is an innovative event collaboration with PAʻI Foundation – a Hawaiian arts and culture preservation organization. This monthly series embraces and features products made by local artists, crafters and cultural practitioners to the community cultivating strong Native Hawaiian identity. Hawaii Invitational of Polo
The Hawaii International Polo Association presents The Kahala Hotel & Resort, Hawaii Invitational of Polo until Sept. 17 at Waimanalo Polo Fields. SALT at Our Kakaʻako presents an Oktoberfest bar crawl that kicks off at 5 p.m. Take a tour of Village Bottle Shop & Tasting Room, Moku Kitchen and Bevy — all of which will serve up German brews. In addition to delicious food and drinks, guests will also enjoy live authentic Oktoberfest music from Oom Pah Zicke Zackes, starting at 6 p.m. Attendees are invited to dress to impress in traditional Oktoberfest attire.
