Hanalani Schools hosts a Mililani Power Hour on Sundays in August. The camp is open to boys and girls ages 5-17, who will focus on youth speed, agility and quickness. Those age 5-9 will train from 8-9 a.m., while those 10-17 train from 9:30-10:30 a.m. The cost for all sessions is $50 or $10 per individual session – cash only. Make sure to wear athletic attire (no cleats or spikes) and bring plenty of water. The goal of the camp is to develop first step explosiveness through improved mind to muscle control, increase body weight strength and injury prevention movements, and most importantly to work hard and have fun.
