Bryce Kekoa Jenkins’ incredible 2008 Nissan 350Z is a remarkable example of how far the modification scene has come. The ride features several amazing modifications that have turned this sporty Z into one of the baddest-looking machines in Hawaii.

Purchased during Jenkins senior year in high school, it sat practically alone and untouched for five years while he went to college and completed his entrance as an officer in the U.S. Army. Upon his return, he began to slowly build the car of his dreams.

“I’d always wanted to do things to it, but the money wasn’t there,” he explains. “When I got back, I was meeting people that happened to have the right parts and things all fell into place.”

The first remarkable modification is the absolutely phenomenal Greddy Rocketbunny Z33 wide-body kit. Rocketbunny is currently blowing up the scene with some of the most visually striking body-kits ever created. The kit is amazing to look at from every angle and features a combination of pieces, including a front bumper, front and rear overfenders, as well as diffusers and custom one-off side splitters. The install, performed by Bryce and Ethan Kerfoot, involved some seriously intricate cutting and bodywork.  The end result is absolutely menacing.

Full wraps are becoming a very popular modification. In fact, this Z is all silver underneath, but you wouldn’t know it thanks to the custom wrapping by Shane Oliberos of Xero Graphics. The Nissan has been meticulously wrapped in a stunning Black Rose that plays with the light in ways that’s not entirely legal. It’s done so well, you’d swear it was painted.

With all of this wrapped bodykit goodness, you need something that adds the final touch to the overall look. You either notice the bodykit or the wheels, and these Avant Garde F230s are gorgeous.  The full set features Polished Liquid Bronze lips with Technicia Black Face, and Alpine White Hardware.  Some crazy 326Power 90mm Champagne Gold lugs finish off the look.

With a kit this wild on Oahu’s roads, you need to be able to go high and low when you want to. Marshall Lum at Airrex fit the build with an Airrex System with seamless polished tank and hardlines housed in a trick hardwood custom enclosure. The suspension also features Megan Racing rear camber arms, adjustable to arms and upper control arms. Additionally, the interior is upgraded with an NRG carbon fiber quick release and adapter hub with a Grip Royal Mahogany wheel along with some other nice touches.

Bryce’s ultimate goal is to finish this car off with some severe power upgrades. He’s currently putting a list together that will bring the car’s go to the level of his show. For now, he’s perfectly happy rolling in this awesome breakneck Z.
