Car enthusiasts come in all flavors. There are those who go through cars like candy, and others who find the right one and stick with it through thick and thin.

Kurt Kajioka follows the latter theme as he has owned only a few modified cars, but each has been done to his liking. His first ride was a 1978 VW Rabbit followed by a Mazda MX-6. In 2003, he acquired this 1999 Audi S4 and hasn’t looked back since.

I’ve seen some nice rides, but this car is immaculate. It’s clean from the front to the back, and the paint is absolutely phenomenal. Painted in a rich silver coat, the car is immediately defined by the black Fiber Images carbon fiber hood, which has its edges color matched to the OEM paint. The roof is painted piano black and follows the established lines all the way down to the matching carbon fiber Eurogear trunk. Carbon fiber accents continue throughout the exterior including custom made B & C pillars, the gas door as well as the door mirrors.

Flip off the lights and this car glows with vivid LED lighting filling both the interior and exterior. Most noticeable is the front and rear bumpers, which cast an amazing blue hue on the ground through the Kerscher front and rear Reiger RSR bumper. Avant Garde side skirts further define its look. The LED tails happen to be the only set on the island and are German-made.

The interior is completely redone with a suede headliner, A&B pillars and two-tone seats. White carbon fiber dash trim pieces have been custom made to size with more black carbon fiber trim for the dash and shift knob.

With no track on the island, Kurt’s build goal for the car is more show oriented, so the engine modes are minimal but include a BMC Carbon Intake along with some more visual touches such as custom colored bolts and billet caps. A custom, hand-laid fiberglass engine shroud wrapped in black carbon fiber vinyl is backlit by more brilliant LEDs. A Vibrant exhaust adds a little bit of polish to the sleek rear bumper.

The stop and go has been worked over with Zimmerman cross-drilled and slotted rotors front and rear. Dropped on Eibach Pro Street coilovers, the car features impressive BBS LM rims with a dash of red and gold. Hankook Ventus V12 evos wrap the rims in feel good rubber and are sized at 225/R35 19s all around.

His I.C.E. package is comprised of two Nakamichi amps mated to a Rockford Fosgate 10-inch P3 sub for some serious sound. Boston Acoustic Pros fill the interior as well as two XD Vision head rest monitors for some eye candy for the passengers.

All in all, this car is well put together. It has tons of visual flair and the sounds to go with it. Take one look at it, and I’m sure you’ll agree it’s so bad it’s criminal.
