Do it once. Do it right.

That would be the theme of Bryce Conkle’s obsession with his 2014 Ford Mustang GT. This neon-bright and white twin-turbo muscle car is a study in perfection, and its burly rumble is an example of driving execution.

After a semi-truck opened up Conkle’s previous ride, this immaculate beauty was purchased as an immediate replacement. Known as the “WHYTE_KNYGHT,” Conkle already had big plans to make the Mustang sound good, drive good, look better and go faster.

First up was the traction, which is everything in a drag race car. Conkle is proud to say his ride was already equipped with a full exhaust and drag radials, but he opted to install black chrome Racestar Darkstar wheels sized at an almost unexpected 17×7 in the front and 15×5 in the rear. Why 15s? Well, they feature monstrous 275/60R/15 Mickey Thompson ET Street Pro tires, which provide some major sidewall. Although DOT legal, these babies are practically slick and meant for as much traction as possible.

With his shoes on, Conkle moved on to his favorite modification of all — a full Hellion Twin Turbo kit with all the goodies. This is a V8, mind you, and the car is pushing 633HP/583TQ after he installed it in three-day’s time. If that wasn’t enough, he’s recently added a meth kit and is expecting 700-plus after tuning, thanks to a laundry list of modifications he has made.

To handle all the power, the drivetrain has been given some minor mods with a Boss 302 Torsen Differential and a 3.73 rear axle ratio. The suspension has also been mildly modified with a small drop, courtesy of Ford Racing P Springs, while the installation of a BMR adjustable pan hard bar and swaybar relocation brackets has increased stability.

After the need for speed was satisfied, Conkle focused on the looks of the ride, massaging with accents the entire exterior. These modification additions include the installation of an intimidating Cervini Cowl Fiberglass hood with upper and lower color-matched grille inserts. The headlights have been re-worked with HID Halos and the ground effects feature, in part, a front chin splitter and GT500 rear valence.

Continuing the visual theme in the interior, Conkle took the OEM look for a spin by doing some custom color-matching. The entire dash console has been replaced with a Sony XAV-712HD LCD display as well as a very high-tech Metra Touch AC controller. Additional LED lighting has been done throughout the interior and exterior for maximum effect.
